Parma room shared girl
In a 135m² pavilion with land not overlooked and secure parking space, I offer a bedroom upstairs equipped with a mini freezer, shoe rack, wardrobe, table on wheels, wifi access. A desk with a chair and two bedside tables.
I do not provide sheets. The toilets are located upstairs and must be maintained by you.
You will also have access to a 40m² living room with an indoor bike and a fireplace, as well as an equipped kitchen and terraces.
I work remotely. We have two dogs and chickens for fresh eggs.
Access to a bathroom is also included. The shower is not available between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.
The accommodation is located 100m from a bus stop, 15 minutes on foot from the RER D La Ferté-Alais station, and 15 minutes by car from the RER C Bouray.
I have been renting to students for 12 years, with a total of 14 roommates so far.
