Hébergement réglé en avance pour un mois. Chambre trop petite, nourriture qui disparait dans le frigo commun, problème de chauffage. Je déconseille fortement. Nous avons du interrompre le contrat. Aucun dédommagement à ce jour.

Great stay, Frederic and his sons were very kind and helpful to me. The house is cozy and just over half an hour from the center, well connected by public transport. Personally I was satisfied with everything, it is difficult to express in a few lines the affection I feel for these people and their home, but surely you will be just as happy.

Hôte très sympathique, très arrangeant. J'ai passé un bon séjour chez Frédéric malgré le froid dont je n'ai pas l'habitude venant du Sud le France. Maison très accueillante.

Au debut l'accueil s'est bien passé et était sympa, cependant avec le temps j'ai eu une série de mauvaises surprises. Par exemple il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre, mais seulement dans le salon, il y a une lave-vaisselle mais ils n'ont jamais réparé le lave-linge indiqué dans l'annonce pendant le temps que j'étais là, la toilette se bouche quand il pleut, et parfois la douche est froide.

Effectivement il chauffage était allumé à de rares occasion , sinon il y a le feu. De bois au rez de chaussée. Une jeune femme capricieuse qui ne sait pas tenir compte de la réalité des prix des énergies.
Vera fait énormément de bruits ne tiens pas compte de l'existance d'autrui.

Frédéric et sa famille ont été très accueillants. La chambre est lumineuse, propre et le reste de la maison également. À une demi heure de transports du centre du Bruxelles, c’est le bon compromis entre proximité et calme. Je recommande !
