(WE'RE LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE FOR OUR MAGNIFICENT HOUSE)
Hey :)
Since May 2023, 7 people have been living in a large and magnificent 600m2 manor in Givisiez.
It is composed of 8 bedrooms, 1 living room of 40m2, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 veranda of 50m2. A huge 300m2 garden surrounds it.
One of our roommates is going to leave us to move in and we therefore have a place available on *June 1, 2024*. Gender doesn't matter to us but we're not looking for a cis man!
The available room is 16.5m2 and the rent is set at 600.- For charges, you will need to allow around 150.-
The idea of roommates is that everyone has their own room, their own individuality, their own space, but together we form a little miff with a real team spirit!
