This is an excellent base for exploring and enjoying Montreal. Just minutes from the Papineau and Frontenac metro stations. Direct line to downtown: 2 stops from Berri-UQAM and 4 stops from Place des Arts and its shows. A 15-minute walk from Parc Lafontaine and 25 minutes from the Plateau. Bixi bike station right across the street.
The main requirement, besides maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the studio, is respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbors!
