Independent apartment close to the city center - metro Papineau
Independent studio with independent entrance for single person or loving couple (one double bed).
Fully equipped with wifi internet access (+100 Mbps) and patio at the back.
It is an excellent base for discovering and enjoying Montreal. A few minutes from Papineau and Frontenac metro stations. Direct line to the city center: 2 stations from Berri-UQAM and 4 stations from Place des Arts and its shows. 15 minutes walk from Parc Lafontaine and 25 minutes from the Plateau. Bixi bicycle station right opposite.
The main requirement, in addition to maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the studio, is respect for calm and neighbors!
