13 m² furnished room located in the Boulevard des Crêtes district, exclusively non-smoking. It is located on the 3rd floor of our apartment. Shared kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and living room. Housekeeping is included, and sheets and towels are changed once a week. Pillows, duvets, and sheets are provided.

You have access to the shared garden and a free parking space. The room is close to bus stops L1, 23, and 37 (Achiary stop). We recommend consulting the Tisséo website for precise schedules. It is also located near the eastern ring road exit no. 17, providing easy access to the A61 and A62 motorways.

Just a short walk away, you can explore the Jean-Chaubet district with its shops, as well as the Cité de l'Espace. You'll also find a bike path, a supermarket, an open-air market, and various small shops nearby. This location is ideal for those working at Airbus Space.
