Welcome to our home. The house has a garden. The bedroom, equipped with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet, is located on the ground floor. We welcome tenants who do not stay over the weekend, although their belongings may remain in the room. Apprenticeship students are welcome. We also ask, as an exceptional measure, to leave the toilet accessible should an elderly guest be present. Nearby buses lead to the city centre, universities or the train station in about fifteen minutes.

Super accueil ! J'ai passé quelques semaines chez Dominique et Jean-Pierre dans le cadre de ma formation en alternance et je n'aurais pas pu espérer mieux comme cadre pour un prix si modique. L'accès au jardin partagé est un vrai plus, qui a été très apprécié lors des soirées ensoleillées. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme, à deux pas du lac du Maine: au top pour s'aérer la tête au milieu des révisions. Je recommande sans soucis ! Merci à eux pour ce séjour bien agréable.

J'ai loué le logement pendant quatre semaines pour un stage, j'ai été très bien accueillie par Dominique et son mari. Ils sont très disponibles et le logement est très agréable, au calme et bien desservi.

Dominique and her husband are the most welcoming and warmest people I've met since I have left my home. They are a real family and helped me a lot, we shared meals, books and long discussions. and for sure we will meet again!
