Double room with private office for rent in a spacious apartment, well-located in the lovely, lively, friendly, and safe Villeray neighborhood!

There are currently two feline residents in the apartment, and a woman in her early thirties. The cats are friendly and often discreet since it's a large apartment, but it's essential to love cats so that everyone feels comfortable, including the cats!
The Villeray neighborhood is peaceful and safe, but also lively and vibrant. Featuring several inspiring cafes, comforting bakeries, nearby markets, grocery stores, affordable fruit stores, and buses and metros nearby!
Orange and Blue lines nearby!
A 6-minute walk from Jarry metro station and a 10-minute walk from Jean-Talon station!
