Double bed room with a lot of charm. (Madrid - 28028)
I offer a spacious and comfortable room in my shared home in the center of Madrid. The room is 16 m², with wooden beams that give it a very cozy touch, it is furnished with a 1.50m double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, and it has air conditioning and heating and high-speed Internet.
You have access to a shared full bathroom and the kitchen, open to the spacious living room, fully equipped and with a small terrace.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator.
The house is 50 meters from public transport (metro and buses). There is a supermarket just across the street. Goya Street is very commercial and the beautiful Fuente del Berro park is 5 minutes away.
In the neighborhood there are also shops of all kinds, pharmacies, fruit shops, butchers, shoemakers, bars, etc.
