La réservation était pour une tierce personne étrangère non francophone qui a été très bien accueillie très bien situé (quartier calme et proche d'un arrêt de bus permettant d'accéder directement au centre ville)
Chambre chez l’habitant impeccable munie d’une salle de bain privative et accès indépendant. Bureau et connexion internet ultra rapide à disposition. Place de stationnement. Accès à une cuisine + micro-onde perso et/ou petit déjeuner possible sur terrasse extérieure avec vue dégagée sur un grand jardin arboré. Située à proximité immédiate du centre de Tours (moins de 5KM) tout en étant au calme dans une ambiance « campagne ». La propriétaire, Séverine est vraiment d’une extrême gentillesse. Accueil remarquable. A conseiller sans aucune réserve !

La chambre avec salle de bain privative est très pratique et confortable, je recommande vivement. Propriétaire accueillante, sympa et toujours prête à donner un coup de main ou un conseil. Cuisine très bien équipée qu’on partage avec la propriétaire. Endroit est calme, paisible et proche du centre de tours. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, idéale pour les étudiants, mais aussi pour n’importe quelle personne qui désire découvrir tours.
