Welcome to Upie, a charming country village located near Valence-sud and Crest. Here you'll find all the necessary amenities: a market, medical services, a tobacconist's, and even a pizza place, all in a peaceful neighborhood.
Our recent house, built in 2005, has a 500 m² garden and offers a 10 m² bedroom with a magnificent view of the Vercors. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for a couple, a wardrobe, a desk, a radio, a fan, and Wi-Fi.
The common areas include a bathroom, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can use utensils and dishes. The living room, equipped with a television, is also shared.
Please note that pets are not allowed due to the presence of my dog, who is not sociable with other dogs or cats.
