Ludo, 31 years old, until June I am offering two rooms (bedroom and office) of 10m² each (20m² in total) just renovated, in a house of 112m² (4 bedrooms and 1 office) with around 200m² of garden.
The house is located in a very quiet "pavilion" street with plenty of parking spaces.
Reversible air conditioning.

Transport within 5 minutes on foot:
- Tram A (La Gardette stop)
- Bus 7 (towards Chartrons, Bassins à Flots, Le Lac Shopping Center)
- Bus 50 (towards Stalingrad)
- Bus 90
5 minutes by car from the ring road, the A10, N89, Pont d'Aquitaine.

The two rooms are located opposite the other bedrooms, which allows for certain privacy.
In the bedroom, 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 open bookcase.
In the office, 1 desk, 1 sofa, 1 open bookcase.

I live every other week (less present during school holidays) with my 7 year old son (vaccinated and educated).
I have a quiet character and I like to eat.
