T2 apartment available with balcony and sea view (Marseille - 13000)

Good morning,

Going on a report, I am offering my one-bedroom apartment for rent. It is located in the very lively Plaine district, rue de la Bibliothèque. Ideally located in the city center.

The advantages: it has a view over the entire north of the city without being overlooked and a balcony with a small table and chairs to enjoy it. There is an inflatable mattress in addition to the double bed.

Cons: I'm still settling in, so the apartment is not complete in terms of equipment (no oven or washing machine), but it remains very functional.

The price is low for Marseille, because I don't believe in short-term rental to make a profit. I am simply looking to avoid empty accommodation during my stay abroad.

It's my apartment that I'm renting out with my personal belongings, so I'm looking for someone respectful and careful!

Please do not smoke in the apartment, the balcony is big enough for that ;)
