This studio is part of a large 140m² apartment. We share the same entrance to the apartment.
Public transportation is located in front of the building, allowing access to the city center in 15 minutes. The Beekkant metro station or Gare de l'Ouest train station are just two bus stops away. Access to the city center in 15 minutes. Access to the CERIA campus in less than 20 minutes.
Parties are prohibited. Absolute quiet between 10 pm and 7 am.
