Attic room of approximately 14 m² (floor area), with dressing area and new bedding (120x200). For one person only.
Communal areas: modern fitted kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bright living room, two riverside terraces.
Suitable for a professionally active, quiet, and respectful individual with an employment contract in the region. Accommodation not suitable for a party lifestyle.
Rent includes utilities. Compulsory parking space if you have a vehicle (extra charge). Contract renewable monthly. Termination: one month's notice for the end of a month.
