I offer several furnished shared rooms in a large, atypical Angers house. This residence includes a living room with a fireplace—firewood is provided—a dining room, a library, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a semi-enclosed veranda and a tree-lined garden. A laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and offering bicycle storage, is also available. All living areas, including the bathrooms, are shared.

The house also has an independent cat.

As a resident of this house myself, I am looking for calm and respectful roommates. However, I am open to sharing conversations or socializing. Located in the Banchais district of Angers, the house benefits from the proximity of bus line 4, allowing access to the city center in 15 minutes.
