Enchanté, je m'appelle Yann. Veuf depuis 5 ans, je cherche à partager ma petite villa, dotée d'une terrasse. Elle est située dans un endroit tranquille, facile pour se garer et pas trop loin du vieux port. Je propose mon hébergement pour une durée flexible, avec pour seul impératif une cohabitation respectueuse.
Je serai à Lyon vers juillet jusqu'à mi-août. Dans un cadre de confiance, je propose la location à un tarif abordable. Je suis ouvert à accueillir une femme avec enfant, une femme seule ou un homme célibataire âgé de 50 à 65 ans, de préférence originaire de la région du Sud, à Marseille.
