We are offering a room in a shared apartment for a female employee. The fully furnished, three-bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful building with a concierge.

Close to all amenities: metro line 13 to Châtillon-Montrouge, metro station to Malakoff–Étienne Dolet, bus stops 194 and 388 within walking distance, as well as a supermarket.

The rent includes a provision for utilities. A guarantor is required; a guarantor certificate is an acceptable alternative. A security deposit is required, and a solid application must be provided.

To ensure a balanced mix of shared accommodations, we are preferably looking for a woman between 28 and 40 years old, a non-smoker, and no pets, out of respect for everyone.
