SHARED APARTMENT FOR MUSICIANS

We share a flat with six young, working people. Two of us are leaving soon, and we are therefore looking for new roommates. We are particularly interested in young, working people or students who are passionate about music, or at least the arts.

LOCATION
Our shared apartment is located in the Marais district of Lomme, with a bus stop a few meters away (lines available to the city center). For those who prefer cycling, V'Lille stations are 5 minutes away, and there is free parking nearby.

THE HOUSE
Our living space covers 140 m² and includes six bedrooms, each approximately 9 m² in size. We have a large, bright living room, a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, and two toilets. Our garage has been converted into a large space filled with instruments that serves as both a rehearsal space and a relaxation area. We also have an outdoor terrace.

ROOMMATE LIFE
In our shared apartment, we enjoy organizing evenings and outings together. Everyone respects each other's space and pace of life, while sharing friendly moments. Listening and mutual respect are essential to us.
