We are four roommates looking for our fifth traveling companion.
The house:
- Double living room with fireplace, sofas, and projector
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer
- A garage serving as storage/music area

The available bedroom:
- Is 11 m² and includes a bed and a wardrobe. Initially unfurnished, but it is possible to arrange with the outgoing roommate to buy the furniture.
- Bathroom and toilet to be shared with one other person.
- This is a joint tenancy agreement, managed by an agency. Agency fees and a deposit are required. For a short-term sublet, a deposit is also required.
