Hello, a beautiful room for rent in a large house near the botanical garden and park. I live with my two daughters, aged 17 and 19, and our dog, Sky. We have a large yard and are close to all amenities. Ideal for college or university students. Naturally, common areas are shared. Non-smoking and preferably for a rental of a few months.
