A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room is on the first floor, opening onto a sunny raised terrace that provides access to a 900 m² wooded garden. The three bedrooms are on the second floor, with a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet on the same level. Each room can be rented unfurnished or furnished (double bed, desk, wardrobe). A fourth room will be available later for use to be determined by the three tenants.
I'm the owner of this house and I live in a bedroom adjoining the living room with its own bathroom.
