For nature lovers, a river runs at the end of the 4,000m² plot, and trails can be used from the garden. The house is a 20-minute drive from the center of Albi, and access to expressways is nearby. Albi is 13 minutes by train and Toulouse is 1 hour 15 minutes by train (I go there several times a week) and the station is very well served.
