Located in the heart of Montmartre, on the top floor with a lift, this apartment is a true Parisian gem offering a panoramic view and spectacular sunsets. The room is a bright and comfortable haven, well-heated in winter and well-ventilated in summer. It is equipped with a single bed, a table, a clothes rack, shelves, and Wi-Fi access. Perfect as a pied-à-terre for working or studying. You have access to the well-equipped kitchen, and the bathroom which features a bath/shower and a washer-dryer. The toilet is separate. Security is provided via an entry code and an intercom. Close to amenities and transport: Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station (2 minutes away). As your hosts, the other room will be occupied by us as a couple. Ideally, we are looking for a freelancer or a student who is active during the day and quiet in the evening. Perfect for studying and retreating to a zen space.
