We are Yann and Thomas, two recently graduated research engineers. We live in a superb flat in Montrouge and are looking for our future flatmate to replace the third member of the team who is leaving mid-April.

The building is modern (around 2010), located on the 3rd floor with a lift. It's a furnished, dual-aspect and fully equipped flat:
- Large living room with a balcony and television.
- Modern kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.).
- Two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and separate WC.
- Utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Your future room: very bright (south-east facing), it overlooks a leafy courtyard with no direct neighbours. It has a 140 cm double bed.
