I am offering my daughter's room in our 3-room apartment. This comfortable and quiet room will allow you to easily access the kitchen, the bathroom equipped with a bathtub and the toilet. Note that the apartment has recently undergone some renovations, thus changing its decor.

This accommodation is ideal for students, teleworkers passing through the capital or for those who are settling in Paris. I am looking for a calm, very clean and respectful person.

Please note that sheets are not provided. Please bring a fitted sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase suitable for a 90x190 cm mattress.

We also have a small cat in the apartment.

The location is ideal with many shops nearby: bank, bakery, florist, pharmacy, as well as the Carrefour hypermarket, La vie Claire, Monoprix for your shopping. For your outings, various restaurants, brasseries and fast food outlets such as KFC, Burger King and McDonald's are easily accessible.

For your travels, the apartment is very well served by transport, with metro and bus lines just a few minutes walk away.
