We're looking for a new roommate for our 115 m² apartment located on the 2nd floor, close to public transport (Bus 1, 9, 34) and shops (Migros, Coop).
The apartment has four bedrooms (so four roommates, all men), a large living room with a semi-open kitchen, a bathroom, a private cellar, a shared and private laundry room, and a bike storage room.
Oh, and we live with a mini mastiff and a lion 🐶🦁 (translation: a dog and a cat, don't worry, they're adorable).
The room is approximately 12 m² and has a small balcony.
💰 Rent: CHF 800 per month, including utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning service for common areas).
We are looking for a dynamic and creative young professional or university student, aged 22 or over, to maintain a positive atmosphere in our shared apartment.
We are three young professionals, aged 29.
