Hello, we are renting a room in a private home in an idyllic and peaceful setting, with easy access. The house is Mosan-style and is divided into two parts: one part is our private space, and the other is available exclusively to students.

The accommodation includes:

- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and small appliances.

There is a bedroom with a sink and a shared shower (13 m²), as well as a shared toilet.

The common areas are cleaned once a week. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the room.
