Room For Rent For Summer 2023 (Le Mont-Sur-Lausanne - 1052)

Good morning,

I sublet my student room during the summer of 2023 from June 26 to September 15. It is located in Mont-sur-Lausanne in a house.

It is a shared flat of 6 people but everyone will be on university vacation during this period and you will therefore be rather quiet.

The bedroom is on the basement half-floor as you can see in the photos and it has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. It's quite pleasant in summer because it's cool and there's still a lot of light, especially in the afternoon.

Of course there is access to the common areas with a very large living room and a large kitchen. There is also a parking space.

Transport: You have Bus 8 and 60 nearby (15-20min from the center of Lausanne)

Store: A Coop is located 5 minutes away on foot.

The rent is 750.- per month. (Possible for less than a month also, pro rata per week).
