Room for rent for students (Pully - 1009)

Hello,

We are renting a room for a student in a four-and-a-half-room apartment. We are a couple living together, known for our respect and warm welcome, and we have extensive experience hosting students.

The apartment is located in Pully, centrally located to all amenities: there are two train stations in Pully, T-L buses 9, 8, 25, 47, and 48, a cinema, a theater, banks, and grocery stores. It is also a 10-minute walk from the lakeside and a 10-minute bus ride from the center of Lausanne.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, and a space for your clothes. Laundry is done at set times every two weeks. We expect you to be responsible and involved in household chores, particularly those related to your room and the dishes.
