Hello,
Looking for a room? I have an opportunity in Laval, 5 minutes from the Concorde metro station. Everything is included. We offer a large room and a small room in a renovated 4 ½ apartment. The mattresses, new, come from Amazon and Dormez-vous.
The stay agreement is temporary with the possibility of a long-term extension. What is included? Heating and air conditioning (A/C), hot water, internet (Bell) and a television in the room with Bell Fibe. The apartment also includes 5 electrical appliances. Spaces such as the bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared with one person.
Free parking is possible in front of the building. We do not accept drugs or cigarettes inside the apartment and parties are prohibited. I am looking for a professionally active tenant or student, who is calm, clean (this is very important) and organized, without problems, male or female.
Proof is required (photo ID and proof of payment for workers or proof of registration for students).
