Room for rent 2 steps from EPFL, shops nearby. (Chavannes-Près-Renens - 1022)

Good morning,

Room for rent in my apartment with 3 bedrooms, one that I occupy and the other is occupied by a couple (the husband is only there 3 days a month on average).
Currently the room has only one bed, I can add a wardrobe if I find a tenant.

I am a clean person, I ask the same for you.

No smoke inside, balcony no problem.

We are calm people, I am personally never in the living room and my bedroom is opposite there, in winter during the Champions League or for a few rare occasions (on average 2x per week, max.) I invite a few friends and we watch TV in the living room, we make a little noise until 11:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. maximum, I prefer to warn.

I ask for a female as it's usually quieter/cleaner, but a male doesn't bother me if he follows the rules.
