Room 300m from the RER - Private garden
I am looking for a roommate to live with me in a large T3, ideally between 22 and 38 years old, active person or student, not allergic to cat hair, for a short or long term.
The accommodation is well located and well served: 300m from the RER C Vitry-sur-Seine station, a 15-minute walk from metro 7, close to bus stops 217, 180, 182 and Noctilien, a Vélib station . Parking is free and free in the area and there is bicycle storage in the building. The building is a quiet and very secure condominium which has a shared garden. Ours is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The apartment is bright, crossing and consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, separate bathroom and WC, shared pantry and dressing room.
