A Franco-German couple offers a quiet furnished room, 16.5 m², on the 1st floor of a recent, bright house. The bedroom has a large south-facing window, roller shutters and low temperature underfloor heating. Two other rooms of 17.5m² and 15m², also on the same floor, are rented to international exchange students at the IEP of Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
The bathroom and toilets are shared only with these two students and a shower room with toilets is also accessible in the cellar. The kitchen and veranda are shared. The owners reserve private use of their living room.
A special detail of the accommodation is that three friendly whippet greyhound dogs also live on the ground floor.
