Lovely 10m² room located in a 70m² apartment, very bright and with a beautiful terrace offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located in a recent residence, characterized by its tranquility. A large closet is available to occupants. Among the amenities offered are parking and a bicycle storage room, however, there is no cellar. The train station is some distance away, making travel easier. A dog also shares our daily life in the apartment. I am looking for a roommate who is respectful of the place and our rhythms of life, given the sharing of common spaces.
