Rent a room in my apartment in the heart of Montmartre (Paris - 75018)

Hello, my eldest daughter is away for 6 months, I will be delighted to accommodate a foreign student in her room. My second daughter, aged 17, and I are very curious about new people and would be delighted to share our apartment and moments with you, talk about our different cultures or any other subject. We have an Australian Shepherd dog and I am a smoker. We live in the heart of Montmartre, which is a very pleasant, touristy area, next to typical Parisian cinemas, shops and cafes.

The room is spacious with a desk. The small bathroom is shared as well as the kitchen and living room. The only downside is the noise because the apartment overlooks a very noisy street. It is recommended to sleep with earplugs.
I ask my tenants to clean their rooms and contribute to everyone's well-being by leaving common areas tidy and clean.
