- the bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the living room, so you wouldn't need someone too sensitive to noise (generally going to bed at 11:30 p.m.)
- the lounge is not accessible, unless I am absent
- no parties/no guests (except exceptions)
- no endless showers (hot water costs a fortune at home...)
- very nice bathroom but the paint on one wall is deteriorating and will be redone in the future
My other current tenant is a superb guy, 24 years old and very nice, who goes to bed quite early, and is not noisy.

Vous partagerez la salle de bain avec nos enfants (ou un visiteur) s'ils sont de passage (3 d'entre eux sont à l'étranger et la 4ème sera sans doute en stage à Genève après Noël).
