THE -:
- the bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the living room, so you wouldn't need someone too sensitive to noise (generally going to bed at 11:30 p.m.)
- the lounge is not accessible, unless I am absent
- no parties/no guests (except exceptions)
- no endless showers (hot water costs a fortune at home...)
- very nice bathroom but the paint on one wall is deteriorating and will be redone in the future
My other current tenant is a superb guy, 24 years old and very nice, who goes to bed quite early, and is not noisy.
