This place is perfect for a single person seeking great comfort and absolute tranquillity, ideal for working, creating, or simply relaxing. The remarkably spacious room is equipped with a Queen size bed. It benefits from a private bathroom and separate private toilet, complemented by access to a 'Tropezian' terrace which offers breathtaking views. However, it is designed to accommodate only one person, similar to the two other neighbouring rooms. Our policy is to house only one tenant per room to preserve the peace and quiet of all residents. The tenant benefits from access to generous spaces including a cosy living room, a conservatory surrounded by numerous green plants, a piano, a room for relaxation or work, as well as a kitchenette.
