Il est situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur, sur l'avenue Roger Salengro, en plein cœur des commerces et à 200 m du campus de la Doua. Transports en communs tout autour : 5 mn à pied du tram T1. Bus (37 et 69) et Vélo'v au pied de l'immeuble. Local à vélo dans la copropriété.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée (four et lave-vaisselle notamment). Il y a également une machine à laver.
