We are a family with a 3-year-old child, simple and calm people. We offer two new studios for one person each, each with its own sitting area, bathroom with toilet, small kitchen, and separate bedroom, located on the top floor of our house. Access to the studios is via our personal space.
Our house is located close to various amenities and important infrastructure. About 300 meters away, you will find the terminus of tram 9, the Dansaert shopping center, the Groot-Bijgaarden train station, and the Jims gym. In addition, direct tram access to the UZ Brussel hospital is a plus. We are 7 minutes from Erasmus, adding to the convenience of the location.
As a family with children, we are looking for calm and respectful people to share this peaceful living environment.
