Gray South Room for girls sharing (Cerny - 91590)
In a 135 m² house with private grounds and a secure parking space, I'm offering a bedroom upstairs. It's equipped with a mini-freezer, a shoe rack, a wardrobe, a table on wheels, and Wi-Fi access. The bedroom also includes a desk with a chair and two nightstands.
I don't provide sheets. The bathroom, located upstairs, must be maintained by the occupant.
You'll also have access to a 40 m² living room equipped with an exercise bike and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and terraces.
I work remotely. We have two dogs full-time and two cats during the summer.
Access to a shared bathroom is included, however, the shower is not accessible between 11:30 pm and 6:00 am.
The accommodation is ideally located 100 meters from a bus stop, a 15-minute walk from the La Ferté-Alais RER D station, and a 15-minute drive from the Bouray RER C station.
Having 12 years of experience renting to students, with a total of 14 roommates to date, I request that a shared accommodation agreement be respected and a contract signed.
