Living alone in a private house, I have two rooms to rent (TV, wifi, garden access, shared kitchen, bathroom to share with the tenant of the second bedroom) rue André Gardot (near Picard avenue Montaigne). Tram and bus 50 meters away, all shops nearby, Espace-Anjou and Auchan shopping center 800 meters away. City center 10 minutes on foot, SNCF station 10 minutes by tram. No parking worries. Housekeeping done every week, sheets provided and washed on request. Moderate rent but the only constraint, I do not wish to be present on weekends (from Friday evening until the end of Sunday) except exceptionally.
