FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT IN MY 1-BEDROOM APARTMENT (Beauchamp - 95250)

I'm renting a furnished room in my one-bedroom apartment located in Beauchamp. The room is equipped with a leather sofa, a coffee table, an inflatable mattress with new sheets, a smart TV, an internet connection, a halogen lamp, and a laptop. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a built-in closet are also available to the roommate.

I prefer a salaried, non-smoking tenant, like me. A security deposit is required on the first day and will be returned at the end of the shared tenancy, provided the rent is up to date.

I previously shared my space with a young woman for 14 months, then with a young man for 10 months, and these experiences went very well.
