I am renting a furnished ROOM in my large, fully renovated house, available June 2026.
MINIMUM weekend RENTAL. To be discussed.
I am looking for a student or intern tenant in Lille or the metropolitan area.
Non-smoking premises, for serious, responsible, and considerate individuals, respectful of shared living.
Quiet neighbourhood, close to train stations, metro, Lille III University, Lille II, hypermarkets.
Available in the house: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet, washing machine, mature garden.
Rent: €500 all charges included (including water, gas, electricity, internet, loan of bed sheets, duvet, pillow, cleaning).
