We rent a bedroom, a kitchen area and a furnished living room on the ground floor of a beautiful house with a garden in the Porchefontaine district of Versailles, ideally located near shops, sports facilities and the Versailles forest. Located 10 minutes walk from Versailles Chantiers station (RER C, line U, line N, TGV) and 7 minutes from Porchefontaine station (RER C), the house is very well served by public transport. The bedroom, kitchen area and living room have independent access. The tenant has access to a bathroom on the 1st floor. We will offer the tenant a CDD of about forty hours per month, declared on Pajemploi, to look after our 2 children Jules (7 years old) and Joséphine (4 years old), both happy and friendly, according to the availability of their schedule.
