Flat duplex (Bruxelles - 1020)

The duplex accommodation, located in a quiet and pleasant area, is not intended for teleworking and is exclusively reserved for students or employees working outside during the day.

It includes a bedroom with 2 single beds located on the 1st floor, with a wardrobe and a TV, in a building where the owner lives. It also has a private shower room and toilet.

It is also equipped with a kitchenette (hob, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and toaster) and a dining area. On the 2nd floor there is an office and a lounge area.

The accommodation has WIFI, is non-smoking and offers easy access to the highway, with easy parking. There are 2 hours of free parking with the blue disc from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays.

The owner maintains the accommodation and washes the household linen every 15 days. The end-of-stay and bi-monthly cleaning fee is €50.

Visits are prohibited.
