Entire Home with Mezzanine Rochelle Mer (Puilboreau - 17138)
This 28 m² studio features a mezzanine bedroom accessible via a staircase. It is fully equipped and furnished, ideal for 1 to 2 people. In addition, a summer kitchen and a hot tub, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, are available at an additional cost in July and August. Breakfasts can be prepared upon request at an additional cost.
A washing machine is also available for a fee.
The studio is rented without sheets and towels, except for stays of 1 to 2 nights, where a kit can be provided upon request for stays of more than 3 nights.
Please note that the jacuzzi is not available during the low season, as is the outdoor lounge.
The accommodation is provided with pillows and duvets for rentals ranging from 2 nights to 3 months. An inventory will be carried out upon arrival, and a deposit will be required.
Pets are not allowed during the low season. In July and August, they may be admitted under certain conditions for an additional fee of $1 per pet per day, provided they are not left alone in the accommodation during the day.
