Located in a peaceful and quiet residential area, the basement features a large bedroom. This bedroom, along with a living room and private bathroom, is fully equipped to meet all your needs without sharing a room. Access is secured through the garage, and parking is available in our driveway. The basement is private and offers, among other things, a washer and dryer, available upon request.

A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. It includes a large refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, toaster oven, coffee maker, and kettle. A private outdoor garden area with a barbecue and heated pool is also available.
