This large, very bright 2-bedroom accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully furnished (lots of storage).
It is located near all amenities: Bus 47 opposite, a few bus stops from Cégep de Maisonneuve and Collège Rosemont, 10 minutes from Pix-IX station and around thirty minutes from the city center; restaurants and super market a few minutes' walk away.
The price includes: furniture, washer, dryer, unlimited Internet, Netflix, bedding (sheet, duvet and pillows), heating, lighting.
You can easily find parking spaces in the surrounding area at any time
Animals are not accepted and the apartment is non-smoking.
