Résidence bien entretenue, sécurisée et arborée. Local à vélo. Situation idéale : 50 m de la fac de Médecine et 200 m de Grange Blanche (Métro D Bellecour – Tramway T5).
L'appartement comprend 4 chambres (de 11m² à 14m²).
Tout confort : cuisine entièrement équipée (four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle) : lieu de partage entre les colocs : cuisine/bar (pas de salon à proprement parler pour préserver la quiétude de l’appartement). Cette coloc s’adresse plutôt aux personnes studieuses qui apprécient en même temps la vie en communauté et le calme.
Salle d'eau comprenant une machine à laver, sèche-linge, planche et fer à repasser…
Bail individuel. Pas de solidarité entre les colocataires. Caution demandée.
