Beautiful bright room with private balcony for temporary rent in a magnificent 4 1/2 recently renovated, located in Saint-Robert in Rimouski! My roommate is away for an indefinite period.
- Possibility of working in our beautiful heated solarium.
- A free, snow-cleared parking space!
- 6 minutes walk from the grocery store, 10 from downtown, 12 from the river and 15 from the incredible skating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails at Beauséjour Park! And very close to the Paradis cultural cooperative (visual arts and cinema).
- 15 minutes by car from Parc du Bic and the Mouski club (cross-country skiing), and 40 minutes from Mont Comi.
I am a full-time cultural worker who values transparent communication. I am generally present in the evenings and on weekends.
And I provide the basic condiments!
